Terms and Conditions

These general conditions apply to all projects carried out by mediAlbania for its clients.

All translation projects must be accompanied by a purchase order including the price established by the parties. The purchase order must be sent to mediAlbania by email or regular mail.

The cost of a translation service offered by mediAlbania shall be established in writing.

mediAlbania shall not be held liable for any reason whatsoever for translations which are not stylistically satisfactory, including advertising and promotional material, and therefore, unless expressly requested, our translation services shall be limited to simple translation.

Customer complaints shall be taken into consideration if received by registered mail with return receipt within five working days of delivery of the job(s) or part of the job(s). All complaints must be accompanied by the original documents, disputed translations, and a letter of explanation. Once the above time period has elapsed, the translation shall be considered correct.

Only written agreements between the parties shall be taken into consideration. The Court of Tirana shall have jurisdiction for all disputes.
